What happens to my phone number?
You need to bring your number to get this deal. You’ll also need your account number and pin number from your old carrier to transfer your number to Metro. This offer excludes phone numbers currently active on T-Mobile or active on Metro by T-Mobile in the past 180 days.
Where can I redeem this offer?
You can redeem this offer in store. Speak with a store associate to get set up. Find a Metro store.
What do I need to pay?
The first month is $30, but if you sign up for AutoPay, you’ll pay $25/mo. every month after. Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in your monthly plan price.
What about my phone?
To get this offer you’ll need to bring your own phone. You’ll need a capable device to get started. Learn how to bring your own device or ask a store associate for help. Find a Metro store.
Are there limits?
You can redeem this offer up to 5 times on an account.
What about coverage and service availability?
Coverage and services are not available everywhere. Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse, abnormal use, interference with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users, or significant roaming. Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. Metro customers may notice reduced speeds vs. T-Mobile customers due to network prioritization. Video streams in SD.
