ACP Enrollment Denial Error Guidance

If you are having issues enrolling in the Affordable Connectivity Program, please review the chart below for potential reasons you received an ACP denial message. Contact the National Verifier to determine the denial reason and next steps prior to reapplying.

Error Message Received Metro: There's an issue verifying your eligibility for the Affordable Connectivity Program. The information submitted to Metro by T-Mobile doesn’t match the National Verifier. Go to metro-tmo.com/ACP to find details on how to update your information to receive the benefit. Metro: There was an issue verifying your eligibility for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Please call Customer Care as soon as possible at 888-863-8768  so we can help you resolve this issue.  
Denial Resolution Please ensure your address is in standard format with the National Verifier at acpbenefit.org/ and on your Metro by T-Mobile account. The phone number you provided in the application is no longer active.  
  Please ensure your address in "My Account" matches your ACP Application.

Your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit.

 

  Your account already has the maximum number of discounts allowed.    
  The discount was already applied to this household.    
  The personal information you submitted to Metro doesn’t match the National Verifier.    
  The discount was already applied to this phone number.    
  You applied more than once in the same day or weekend while your original application is still pending. Please allow time for the application to process.    
  Your ACP discount has been transferred and will no longer apply to your account. Please visit the National Verifier at acpbenefit.org/ to review your application.    
  Your ACP discount was removed due to an issue with your address. Please visit the National Verifier at acpbenefit.org/ to review your application.
