It’s easy! Just open the app or download it from the Google Play store or Apple App store. Once you have set up an account and verified your email, you will see the option to start completing activities that allow you to accumulate points which can be directly applied as a payment to your next month’s service. You can always check your point totals in the app. - ## How much can I save? There is no limit to the number of points you can earn per month – it depends on your participation. All the points you earn can be redeemed for payments towards your Metro by T-Mobile service. - ## How many points can I redeem? There’s no redemption limit, but you can only redeem one pre-selected dollar amount per day – e.g. $5, $10, $15, $25, per day, for a total of $55 per day. - ## Can my family earn points by playing games? All family members can earn points for playing games. When the points are redeemed, payment is applied to the account rather than the individual line. - ## Can I use the Metro by T-Mobile Ad It Up app if I brought my phone number from another wireless carrier? Yes! Once you have activated your line, your number will be recognized as a Metro number, and you will be able to download the Metro by T-Mobile Ad It Up app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. - ## Are there any restrictions/things to know when redeeming points? Ad It Up can only post payments to an active Metro by T-Mobile account, so if your account has been suspended, you will need to bring it back to active status to redeem your points. Also, if you have been taking advantage of an Autopay discount, be sure to redeem your credits before you are 5 days away from your payment due date; otherwise, you could lose your discount for that billing cycle. - ## Have a question for Ad It Up?
