Active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid consumer voice wireless, Home Internet customers (including T-Mobile for Business w/ SSN) customers on eligible voice plans qualify for a year of ViX Premium ON US. Who is eligible?

Active Metro by T-Mobile voice wireless customers on eligible voice plans qualify for a year of ViX Premium ON US.
Non-eligible: Metro home internet lines and non-voice lines are not eligible for ViX Premium ON US.

 

What plans are eligible for this offer?

All current Metro unlimited rate plans (voice only) are eligible for this offer. For specific rate plan information, please visit a store or contact customer service at 611 from your Metro phone or 888-863-8768.

How do I redeem this offer if I’m a new ViX Premium subscriber?

  • Add the free ViX ON US feature to your account by visiting MyAccount at metrobyt-mobile.com, visiting a store, or contacting customer care
  • The next business day, you will receive a text message with a link to promo.metrobyt-mobile.com
  • Read the terms and conditions and continue.
  • Fill in your personal details and continue.
  • Once on the Thanks page, click Redeem your ViX Premium
  • After successful submission, you will be redirected to ViX Premium to redeem the offer and sign up directly via ViX Premium.

I'm an existing ViX (free service) subscriber, how do I redeem this offer?

  • Add the free ViX ON US feature to your account by visiting MyAccount at metrobyt-mobile.com, visiting a store, or contacting customer care

I'm an existing ViX Premium (with premium content) subscriber, how do I redeem this offer?

ViX requires you to not be in an active paid subscription status to redeem this offer. To redeem this offer, you will need to cancel your current paid ViX Premium subscription, wait until the end of your billing cycle, and then follow these instructions to redeem your offer:

  • Add the free ViX On Us feature to your account by visiting MyAccount at metrobyt-mobile.com, visiting a store, or contacting customer care
  • The next business day, you will receive a text message with a link to promo.metrobyt-mobile.com
  • Read the terms and conditions and continue.
  • Fill in your personal details and continue.
  • Once on the Thanks page, click Redeem your ViX Premium offer
  • After a successful submission, you will be redirected to ViX Premium to redeem the offer and sign in with your ViX Premium credentials and start enjoying the benefits of your ViX Premium subscription ON US.

You can also sign up with a new email and account and redeem your offer today, but you will not retain any of you prior account history. Find your subscription information and bill cycle date in your account profile.

 

Will I be able to combine this offer with any other ViX Premium subscription offers?

This offer can be combined with the ViX Premium 7-day trial, however, this offer does not stack with other ViX Premium coupon/code offers.

Will I be able to combine this offer with any other Metro by T-Mobile streaming offers?

Yes. If you are on a qualifying plan, you can combine ViX Premium ON US with any of our current streaming offers. Contact us to see what else you qualify for.

Will I have to provide my credit card information to sign up for One Year of ViX Premium ON US?

You are not required to provide billing information at the time you sign up for your ViX Premium account. Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your year ON US, and ViX Premium will reach out to you to ask if you wish to add a debit or credit card in order to continue your subscription. Make sure you have logged into your account directly in order to add payment method. Neither T-Mobile nor ViX Premium will ask you to enter a payment method outside your account. How long do I have to redeem the code with ViX Premium?

Once you've received your unique URL via promo.metrobyt-mobile.com, you will have 30 days to redeem your offer on the ViX Premium platform. Your offer period begins once you redeem on the ViX Premium platform.

What if my redemption code didn’t work? Who do I contact?

If you’re having trouble obtaining your code or have questions about your eligibility, Metro by T-Mobile customers can dial 611 from your handset or call 1-888-863-8768.

What if I have questions about ViX Premium service or experience issues with ViX Premium?

Can I use my ViX Premium account outside of the United States?

As a ViX Premium subscriber, you can stream ViX Premium in the United States (includes Puerto Rico), Mexico, and the rest of Latin America (excluding Brazil). Content may vary by the country you are currently streaming in.
