WHY DID METROPCS AND THE FCC ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT?
This agreement is related to network management disclosures that were in place in 2015. We updated those disclosures more than a year ago, and as part of this agreement, we are taking some additional steps, including giving eligible customers certain benefits described on this page. HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M ELIGIBLE FOR THESE OFFERS?
If you were on an Unlimited 4G LTE rate plan as of 11/5/2016, you qualify for these offers. You should have also received a text message in December on your MetroPCS phone confirming you are eligible for these offers.
WILL I NOTICE ANY CHANGES TO MY SERVICE BECAUSE OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH THE FCC?
Not at all. We aren't changing our network management policies as a result of this agreement.
DOES EACH UNLIMITED 4G LTE LINE ON MY ACCOUNT GET THE ACCESSORY DISCOUNT?
Yes, each unlimited 4G LTE line as of 11/5/2016 gets to use the accessory discount code once.
