Missed payments

What if I'm unable to pay by the due date?

Payment must be received by the due date. Service is suspended temporarily until payment is made.

Is my service cycle impacted when my payment is late?

Late payments may result in fewer days of service that month.

My account is suspended and I made my payment, now what?

Once payment is received, it's posted to the account within 2 hours and service is automatically restored.

What happens if I miss two consecutive payments?

If payment isn't received for two consecutive due dates, service is disconnected and may risk phone number availability.
