When one of our mobile apps receives a signal indicating a user may be under 18, we notify the primary account holder so they’re aware of available privacy options. We don’t make any changes to your wireless line based on this signal alone. ## What is a Kids’ Line? A Kids’ Line is an optional way for parents and guardians to let us know that a specific phone line is used by a child. If you take no action, we’ll assume the line is not used by a child, and nothing will change on your wireless line. Children’s protections will be applied to T-Mobile apps receiving the age signal until you decline. ## If the line is used by a child 1. Click “Accept” below to go to the Kids’ Line Manager in your Privacy Dashboard. 2. Confirm that the correct line is selected. To change the line, select “Manage a different line” at the top of the page. 3. Change the radio button from “Adult Line” to “Kids’ Line.” 4. Select your child’s birth month and year. Choose “Submit.” 5. Review the privacy information, check the certification box, and select “Accept and save.” ## If the line is not used by a child Confirm that the line isn’t being used by a child by clicking “Decline” below. If you take no action, we'll keep this as an adult line, but our apps will continue restricting some content and limiting data collection until you confirm.
