If the line is used by a child
- Click “Accept” below to go to the Kids’ Line Manager in your Privacy Dashboard.
- Confirm that the correct line is selected. To change the line, select “Manage a different line” at the top of the page.
- Change the radio button from “Adult Line” to “Kids’ Line.”
- Select your child’s birth month and year. Choose “Submit.”
- Review the privacy information, check the certification box, and select “Accept and save.”
If the line is not used by a child
Confirm that the line isn’t being used by a child by clicking “Decline” below. If you take no action, we'll keep this as an adult line, but our apps will continue restricting some content and limiting data collection until you confirm. We may send periodic reminders in case your situation changes.
