Download your eSIM

Before you begin, power on your device, and make sure you’re connected to

- Watch for a Notification on your device that an eSIM from Metro by
T-Mobile is ready to be set up on your phone - Tap the Notification to download your eSIM and connect to the
T-Mobile network
If you did not receive the Notification, follow these steps:
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- Use your phone camera to scan the QR code or manually enter the SMDP+ address shown below
- Tap Add Cellular Plan
- Watch for a Notification on your device that an eSIM from Metro by

- Tap ‘Add eSIM’ on the notification to download your eSIM and connect to the

If you didn’t receive the Notification, follow these steps:
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM
- Select Metro by
T-Mobile , then Add to download your eSIM and connect to theT-Mobile Network

T-Mobile eSIM is ready to add - Tap the notification and Tap ‘Connect’ to download your eSIM and connect to the
T-Mobile network
If you didn’t receive the Notification, follow these steps:
- From your home screen, tap Settings > Network & Internet
- Next to SIMs, choose the plus symbol (+)
- Tap Download your eSIM > Next
- Select Metro by
T-Mobile , then Activate to download your eSIM and connect to theT-Mobile Network - Once your eSIM finishes downloading, tap Settings > Metro by
T-Mobile and turn on Use eSIM - Tap Switch to Metro by
T-Mobile to connect to theT-Mobile Network

- Make sure you’ve already activated your eSIM online or with a Metro by
T-Mobile support team. - Update your device software to the latest version.
