Scam ID, Scam Block, and Caller ID are included in your Metro plan, at no additional charge. You can turn them off at any time
- Scam ID automatically displays "Scam Likely" on your screen when calls come in from likely scammers on both smartphones and feature phones with Caller ID.
- Scam Block allows you to block Scam Likely calls automatically so you never get the call.
- Caller ID lets you identify callers even if they aren’t in your contacts.
How to activate Scam Block & Caller ID
- To turn on Scam Block, dial #662# to activate. To turn it off, dial #632# to deactivate.
- You can activate and manage both Scam Block and Caller ID by downloading the FREE Scam Shield app.

- Web Guard does not filter content when browsing over Wi-Fi, or when accessing content via any application.
- Web Guard is not available on all devices and may not work at certain times or in certain locations.
- Web Guard is not a substitute for monitoring access to content.
