Your phone is $99.99 and you’ll need to pay any applicable sales tax. A connection fee of up to $25 may apply and you’ll pay for the first month of your new line. After your third month of service, you’ll need to properly complete a form for your virtual prepaid Mastercard, which you can use online or in stores; no cash access and expires in 6 months. The Mastercard is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Mastercard International, Inc. What about coverage and service availability?
Coverage and services are not available everywhere. Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse, abnormal use, interference with our network or ability to provide quality service to other users, or significant roaming. Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. Metro customers may notice reduced speeds vs. T-Mobile customers due to network prioritization. Video streams in SD. How can I qualify for this offer?
You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join Home Internet. Check availability.

What do I pay?
After your first month, pay $50/mo. when you sign up for AutoPay to receive a $5 monthly discount (or pay $55/mo. without AutoPay). Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in monthly plan price.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. What else should I know?
Your Home Internet service is only available at the address you provide for activation. Not compatible with some live TV streaming services.
