You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

My phone and my account both got locked. The Metro associate Marlena at the O'NEAL office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I give a five star review on account of her. I will go there when I'm in town. I live in Purvis Mississippi. I was in town visiting my Momma who has cancer. I will never forget Marlena's help.
