I called ahead inquiring about home internet. When I arrived, the person I spoke to, Sal, remembered my name, and was very professional and friendly. He made everything easy for me, and he explained the process very clearly. I called him again twice when I was home trying to set up the modem, and he was a very patient "tech support". I knew there were other customers in the store, because there were at least four when I left, but he never sounded in a hurry. I have been to Metro stores in East Harlem, Flushing, Lower Manhattan, Midwood and Sheepshead Bay, and have never encountered the kind of service that I have with Sal. Sal exudes that sense that he really wants to help, rather than it just being a routing job like what I sensed with other staff members. View on Google

My wife and I just visited this place about 20 minutes ago. The manager name Sal hook us up big time. My wife loves her new cell and accessories. I recommend to visit this store. Sal is awesome. Update 10/13. Joseph is awesome. I had a issue with my bill and my cell was turned off. Thanks to Joseph for fixing the problem because if it wasn't for him I probably be paying for something I never ask for. View on Google
