What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. This metro was staffed by a wonderful woman named Alejandra who answered all my questions and helped me find the right phone for my budget. Metro PCS is a good enough service, sometimes better than my AT&T in some spots. This store location is the only negative, pretty dangerous to get in and out of the parking lot. I definitely prefer the AT&T parking lot. View on Google

I had a great experience with this store. When I went, she was the only employee at the time. She provided actual, quality service with each customer and met their needs to the best of her ability within reason of the store's standards and rules. She gave each customer her undivided attention to suit their needs. Even the ones that were impatient and wanted to scam her. Kudo's to you for having the mental strength to be able to maintain and treat everyone with respect and give quality customer service to each of those individuals!
