Went to this store seeking help with my phone because Metro's telephone Customer service is rude and NOT knowledgeable about their services and they try to change your plan without you knowing! The young man Yousef at the Highland IN store was very helpful and knowledgeable!! He got my problem resolved. I will return to his store in the future for any phone needs. Thank you Yousef!!
