    I had an excellent experience at MetroPCS in Lakewood, thanks to Diana. She was incredibly patient and thorough when helping my father and me set up a new phone for him. She took the time to work through issues trying to get access to his account and helped him stay on the same plan. She made the entire process (which took over an hour) stress-free.
