You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I purchased a new plan on 2/25/24 because a free A15 Samsung was included. I spoke with Dishka who was very kind. At home later, I changed the pin witjout writing it down and was locked out. The next day Dishka reset the phone and with a new pin, I was able operate it. She's a lifesaver! View on Google
