What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I feel ridiculous for saying this but the lady who assisted me and my wife was very helpful I can not remember her name possibly Jasmine. However she has a nose piercing. Anyway she was very helpful and assisted us well her customer service was outstanding and very polite and willing to help. She also was not just trying to talk is into a bunch of no nonsense deals. I have to say if I could give her a direct compliment I would but I don't want to embarrass her. However wonderful and amazing and I never do this but she definitely deserves me going out of my way to show my gratitude..... thank you for helping me and I hope to have this good of service Everytime I want into a store and need help!!!!😁😃😉😛🙃 View on Google
