You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

My girlfriend and I showed up with a disaster of a situation. A new phone with no connectivity, an account with screwed up settings, etc. We were a total mess. Jean took care of everything, got the phone connected, account fixed, and was patient with us through the whole thing. Would definitely recommend this place. Just try to be more prepared than we were. They can handle it if you're not, but try and make it easier for them than we did haha. View on Google
