    I love to complain about customer service issues cuz I'm old and crabby. Unfortunately, they sold me a phone that exceeded my expectations! The Samsung A15 5G has a simple one click screen capture. Hurray! No more acrobatic volume and off button same time press. What the hell was that all about? Or the mysterious slide your hand or a wire across the screen move that worked unreliably. Happy with my phone and customer service. The only complaint I could think of was the building's flooring was shabby and should be replaced. But that's above the customer service paygrade. Oh, well. View on Google

    This store for us was hands down the best Metro store I've been to all the others no good service. Hario was the best he helped my husband and myself get a very good deal on both our phones! Great energy from him and the other employees to sorry I didn't get your names guys but u guys worked as a team! Team work makes the dream work! I will tell people to come here and we will be going back to this store ALWAYS! Ty guys! View on Google
