Enter your __Phone Number__ and your __Account PIN__ created during activation, then select __Log In__. This generates a two-step verification text message. 2. Enter the six-digit Authentication Code, then select __Log In__. Once logged in, you are directed to the My Account dashboard. It will be used to verify account ownership and confirm your identity. Log in to your Metro online account or the myMetro® app. 2. Select __View Profile__. 3. From the Profile screen, by the __Personal Information__ field, select the __expand arrow__. 4. Select __Edit__ by the Email Address, enter an email address, then re-enter to confirm 5. Select __Submit__ to update. 6. Go to the [My Account](https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/login/sign-in) login screen. 2. Select __Reset Account PIN__. 3. Next, you will be prompted to enter the one-time PIN. 4. You will be prompted to answer your security questions that had previously been setup. 5. Create a new 6-15 digit numeric PIN.   ## Resetting your PIN ### Account Recovery locked account 1. You have a limited number of attempts to verify your account pin. Once all attempts are exhausted your Web and my Metro app account access will be locked. 2. Once all attempts have been reached, please visit a local Metro retail location with a valid ID. ## Account Recovery locked account - ## What if I forgot my PIN? From the account login screen, select __Account PIN__. Enter the one-time password you receive on your phone, then answer your security questions. Follow the __Resetting your PIN__ steps to finish your PIN reset. - ## How do I change my PIN? Once logged in to My Account online, select the __My Account__ drop-down menu, then select __Profile__. Select __Account Information__ and then select “__Edit__” next to __PIN/Passcode__. Enter __new PIN__, and reconfirm the new PIN.
