# Metro by T-Mobile Customers Get the Best from T-Mobile's Network

- Find your device below and follow the steps to check for a software update.
- If you don't see your device or the steps don't work, please stop by your nearest Metro by T-Mobile store and we will be glad to assist you.
Apple
1. From the Home screen, tap __Settings__ > __General__ > __Software Update__.
2. If an update is available, tap to download and install.
Samsung
1. From the Home screen tap __Settings__ > __Software update__ > __Download and install__.
2. Tap __Ok__ > __Start__. When the restart message appears, tap __OK__.
LG
1. From the Home screen, tap __Settings__ > __System__ > __Update Center__.
2. Tap __System update__ > __Check for updates__.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the latest software update.
One Plus
1. From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap __Settings__.
2. Tap __System update__ > __Check for updates__.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to update to the latest software.

1. From the Home screen, tap __Settings__ > __Cellular or Cellular Data__.
2. If you have an iPhone with an eSIM, tap the line you're making changes to.
3. Tap __Cellular Data Options__, then tap the __Enable LTE__ toggle.
4. If you don't see the toggle, tap __Voice__ __& Data__ or __Data__ and choose __LTE.__
Samsung
1. Open the __Settings__ app and tap __Mobile Networks__. If you don't see it, tap __Connections__ first.
2. Tap __Network Mode__ and choose an option that says __LTE__.
LG
1. From your apps list, tap __Settings__ > __Network__ > __Mobile networks__.
2. Tap __Network mode__ and choose an option that says __LTE__.
OnePlus
1. From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap __Settings__.
2. Tap __Wi-Fi & internet__ > __SIM & network__ > __Preferred network type__.
3. Choose an option that says __LTE__.

2. Tap __Menu__ > __Call settings__.
3. Tap the __VoLTE__ switch to turn it on or off.
