To get started:

  • Make sure you have a smartphone with Android 11 or higher
  • Download and install the myMetro® app.
  • Open the app. If prompted, sign in with your Metro account details. 
  • Review and agree to the terms & conditions.
  • Agree to the Notification and Location permissions for the app.
