Download Scam Shield from the [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tmobile.services.nameid&hl=en_US&gl=US) or [Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/t-mobile-scam-shield/id1367276365) 2. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 3. Choose the __Menu__ icon with the three dots then select __Report Calls__. 4. Select the number that needs to be reported, then choose __Okay__. 5. Choose the best category that represents the type of call, then select __Send Report__.  ## Report Scam, Spam, and Spoofed numbers ### Add numbers to your Allow list to prevent them from being blocked 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 2. Select the name of a contact, then select __Allow__. 3. If you don’t have the Allow option, select __More > Allow calls__.  ## Add numbers to your Allow list to prevent them from being blocked ### View Caller details 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 2. Choose a caller to see more options. 3. Select __Details__ to view the following caller details__.__ Some callers have more details if they have a WhitePages profile, like a business. - Name - Options to block calls, block text, allow calls, or send to voicemail - Phone Number - City and State - Recent activity  ## View Caller details ### Delete Call activity 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 2. Go to the __No more activity to display__ section. These steps only delete the entries that have loaded. 3. Select the __Menu__ icon with three dots, then choose __Delete calls__. 4. Choose __Delete calls__ > __Yes, delete call records__ (Once you delete your activity, it can't be restored)  ## Delete Call activity ## Using premium features ### Add premium features for full protection - ### Manage your subscription Upgrade to Scam Shield Premium Upgrading to Scam Shield Premium will result in additional charges on your monthly bill. 1. In the Scam Shield app, select __Settings__ > __My Account__. 2. Select __Upgrade to Premium__. 3. Enter your account PIN and select __Confirm__. 4. You’ll receive a text message confirming the change. Unsubscribe and downgrade to Scam Shield Basic: 1. In the Scam Shield app, select __Settings__ > __My Account__. 2. Select __Deactivate__ to downgrade to Scam Shield basic. 3. Enter your account PIN and select __Confirm__. 4. You’ll receive a text message confirming the change. - ### Block a number from calling Blocked number lists are stored on the network and automatically transfer to new devices. 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 2. Select the name of a contact, then choose __Block__. If the number isn't in the Activity log, you can manually add it. - ### Send calls to voicemail 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the Settings tab. 2. Select Category Manager and choose the desired categories. These calls will be sent to voicemail. - ### Reverse number lookup 1. In the Scam Shield app, select the __Activity__ tab. 2. Choose the Menu icon with three dots, then select __Reverse number lookup__. 3. Enter a 10-digit number, then select __Lookup number__. Some information may not be available for all numbers.
