Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I literally only go to one Metro store in Edgewood (next to Foodlion) because it seem like all the other ones are no help. I went in for a shattered phone and when I tell you Danielle absolutely spent 2 hours with me and on the phone with customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure I left that store satisfied and with what I needed. I appreciate her and her help never met a customer service representative like her!!!! I wish I could give more stars 🌟 View on Google
