You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Today I had an issue with my Amazon prime membership through Metro. I was on the phone with Metro customer service and Amazon customer service for hours. After getting no result and being extremely frustrated with both companies, I drove to the Metro store in Woodbridge Center. Rodrigo, the Metro employee, understood my frustration.
