You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

My mom and I was just at this location 6/23/22, the customer service was above and beyond! My mom had alot of different stuff going on her phone, the two team members took the time help all the issues, even took the time to down load a song she wanted for a ring tone. They didn't have to do that! They made us feel so welcome. And also to mention my mom is with a cane I'm on crutches and the young lady right away was getting my mom a chair to bring a chair at the counter so she can sit, and then also was offering me one as well....
