Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I've been into this location in only this location a couple times on a spoof phone call because I was getting screwed over by Straight talk I won't bore you with the details but essentially I talked to Chase and chance both and they're both really killer guys awesome customer service willing to bend over to help the customer set up service we had to fight with the porting department for about 30 minutes on the phone and the guy just never gave up the store is very clean and organized the stock is pretty very much well stocked at all times and the guys are really chill and have a good atmosphere and attitude they don't get frustrated with challenges and they're willing to go above and beyond to help the customer great customer service View on Google
