Update: When a company does what they can to make things right I will give them a chance. Vanessa called last night and worked with me on what was a bigger issue than I knew of. I appreciate her willingness to listen and come up with a plan that got us both taken care of. If I could make this a zero I absolutely would. Unfortunately I’ve now had two not great experiences in this store with the same staff member. After asking to be sure the phone was set up and everything was working, I was told just to call 611. The staff then walked away despite us still trying to set up the phone. I understand if you get frustrated but we also spent money. It would be nice to know the product is working. Not to mention now I owe more despite paying everything in store. And when I called to see where my receipt is the employee proceeded to start arguing over the phone. I am not one to typically complain, but this service was terrible. View on Google
