What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I want to write a review primarily to say thank you to James, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me set up a multi-line account when we moved. In two separate visits he helped me to select a plan and to ensure that I was correctly enrolled in auto-pay. His professionalism was superb and his patience great.
