Went to Metro by T-Mobile in Lenexa and the store rep ( ana) that helped me knew what she was doing and got me out of the store within 10 minutes View on Google

Mona, please, could you fix this as you always do. You have my phone number because I bought the phone today when you were not in the store. Issues with billing and receipt which I did not receive (first I was told that it was emailed, and that the printed ones are not provided, But then, when I called later, I was told that it cannot be emailed, and that the printer does not work). Btw, it is good to tell the customer about activation fee (which an existing customer would not expect, thinking that it is for the account, not for every new phone) beforehand, and not after the customer has already received Metro message. Ok, activation fee has to be charged, but it should be said beforehand, so the customer knows all the charges. Tell the trainees to inform the customer, it is not hard to say what is being bought and for how much. It is more serious than just not knowing the phone specs, battery capacity or version of operating systems and rushing the customer through the purchase. And there was no pressure, because there were no other customers waiting in line, at 10:15 when it opened. Also, I learnt from Metro (when I called them later) that the Bundle which popped up in my online account is actually insurance, which I had not requested. So, I cancelled it through Metro. Still, please, could you email me the receipt so I do not have to come to the store for that. View on Google
