What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Marie, who works there is great. Took my dad there to take care of a situation with his phone that didn’t have service any longer, and it was complicated. Went in with a billing problem. Krystal helped me with customer service as I am hearing impaired and have trouble even with my hearing aids in. I was very pleased with her help and patience. I hope to be able to come back around the 13th or 14th of September to upgrade and possibly buy an Android pad. I highly recommend her and anyone she trains to give great servoce.
