You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I just brought my phone in to your metro store and Jennifer, the tech there. The sales person help me with a problem that I had. She was very patient and did everything in her power to get me back online. She was better than representative I talk to which was very impatient with her and myself.
