You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Dante and Joe worked very hard for literally 5 hours to solve my issue and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it took a while things got resolved and they made sure I was taken care of before they had to close the store for the day.
