I was completely blown away how great the service was at this location. I came in upset with my phone because I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do. Francisco and Maria both took care of me. Not only were they eager to fix the situation, they did it in less than 5 minutes. It didn't cost me a dime either and they wouldn't accept anything for it. These 2 workers not only made me feel welcome and valuable as a customer, but they also made me a customer for life at this particular branch. Well done Metro at South Houston. View on Google
