You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Was going in to see about upgrading my phone went in on a budget and Fernando was very helpful and knowledgeable! He even went an extra step in helping me save money on my next bill. In this economy any saving is a good saving! Seriously this dude was so nice and patient and his vibe was really chill, wasn't rushing or rude, felt like the help was genuine and not just trying to get me out of there. Hello people I got a funny story to tell you all. My phone wouldn't charge the contacts where you plug in the charger cable. Well I pay $5.00 bucks a month for the phone insurance along with the $90.00 bill. Well I called Metro by T-MOBILE. THEY GIVE ME A NUMBER FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF THE INSURANCE FOR THE PHONE'S WELL ANYWAY THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY $50.00 BUCKS AND THEY WOULD SEND ME I THOUGHT A NEW PHONE. I THINK IT'S A REBUILT ONE. ANYWAY WHEN I RECEIVED IT I TOOK OUT THE SIM CARD FROM MY BROKEN PHONE AND IT WOULDN'T WORK SO I ASKED MY NEIGHBOR IF I COULD USE HIS PHONE TO CALL METRO BY T-MOBILE. WELL I CALLED THEM AND THEY NEEDED TO SEND ME A PIN # TO MY TABLET IT DIDN'T WORK. THEY SAID TO GO TO A METRO BY T-MOBILE STORE. WELL IT COST me $29.00 to make it work. so even though I have the phone insurance and pay $5.00 a month. IT still cost $50.00 + $ 29.00 to get the replacement phone to work. P.S when I got my Walmart groceries delivered I helped the delivery driver unload the stuff from the trunk. Well when he first showed up I took out my wallet to show my ID and GUESS WHAT AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE ORDER WAS MINE. I PUT MY PHONE ON TOP OF HIS CAR SO I COULD HELP HIM UNLOAD MY GROCERIES.
