What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. The customer service was exceptional. Despite the area of vallejo its located, it was extremely clean and profesional environment. Everything routinely santitized. I was helped by Uriel. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was overwhelmed with problems when i walked in, but he had patience and resolved everything quickly. Making it possible for me to handle the rest of my day. The manager was also very sweet and helpful, although I did not catch her name.Their support team responded promptly and professionally.
