You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Good communication, great patience while contacting and speaking to multiple agents over the phone in order to successfully complete my transaction which was somewhat less simple than usual.
