    I no longer have Metro, I moved to T-Mobile. HOWEVER I gave a metro phone to a wonderful older friend of mine so they had a working for so he could take care of his wife. ARMANDO helped us and was absolutely professional in every way and did everything possible to help us with getting our friend the phone we gave him working. I gotta say, this employee was amazing and really needs recognition for his amazing personality and willingness to help! He even offered to help us with another phone that wasn’t thru Metro, it was thru T-Mobile. He advised us to go get it unlocked then He’d be happy to take care of the unlocked phone.
