    Shabazz showed tremendous customer service. He honestly is the reason I'm staying with metro. I went to the metro store in downtown Mckinney to get my service transferred to a new phone and they were so unhelpful, rude, and pressuring me to buy a new phone it got to the point I was going to switch over to Verizon which was the reason I came into his store. He actually tried to help and provide me the service I was asking for, not just pushing to buy a new phone or any extra nonsense. Excellent experience, great service all around View on Google
