I want to give a shout out to Cristina the associate at metro PCS on western street! This girl has a technology brain like no one that I’ve ever mat. Always had an android and was use to it,,so the boss man at the store gave me this promotion of an iphone and a Samsung tablet and it sounded good at the moment with the pricing”! Also I b having Tmobil as my provider!Got the device 3days later, after that it was hell for a week I ran from store to store to get my phone set up, went without internet for days and very frustrated! Went back to the metro store on western street.hoping the magnager that gave me this promotion was there so I can tell him that he’s full of bullshit and take his freaking devices back and give me my money back, also had to switch to TMobil ! Wtf ! Lucky him he wasent at the store that day! Lucky myself ,the associate my favorit associate Cristina was there this girl did not give up till she had my phone to perfection and explained everything even let me practice till I had it figured out and was very patient luckily there wasent any other customers waiting in line! This girl knows more about technology, phones than anyone at any of the phone stores in Amarillo ! She should be district magn,over the stores and everyone b happy she don’t give up till your phone works and we’re happy customers! She also has a heart of gold and great customer service! Yay my phone works great now! Thank u so much girl! U r a hard working woman that cares about the customers your awesome girl! Some body might say I brag too much, yes I Do, specially when it comes to someone like u Cristina thank u so much for your effort ! Since no one else knew how to fix the problem! I give u a 10 plus some? Highly recommend!
