Your phone is $99.99 and you’ll need to pay any applicable sales tax. A connection fee of up to $25 may apply and you’ll pay for the first month of your new line. After your third month of service, you’ll need to properly complete a form for your virtual prepaid Mastercard, which you can use online or in stores; no cash access and expires in 6 months. Coverage and services are not available everywhere. Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. What do I pay?
After your first month, pay $50/mo. when you sign up for AutoPay to receive a $5 monthly discount (or pay $55/mo. without AutoPay). Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in monthly plan price.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. What else should I know?

Stephanie and Abdul are amazing. They are always so helpful and really care about the customers. I came in their store around 630 with three kids they both were very attentive to helping me even with my kids terrorizing the store and a top it off they stayed after hours just to make sure my needs are met. I felt so bad they had to stay late, but they work together as a team and they treated our family like theirs, offering water, crackers, you name it. I don’t care how close another metro is at I would drive miles just to go to the store only because the customer service is amazing and they’re not done until the job is complete. I highly recommend this location for all and any of your metro needs. View on Google

We love this Metro PCS location. Stefania is absolutely by far the best customer service person I have run across. She is so knowledgeable about their products.
