After spending most of the day and multiple phone calls brawling with Metro over porting our lines over (2 went over, my daughter's did not), I stopped at a local store out of desperation 15 minutes before closing. Prince helped me out and was incredible. He eventually figured out the Metro rep had transposed two digits preventing the port and made sure everything was resolved before I left, This included over an hour on the phone (including 45 minutes after closing), walking the Metro CSR through the process when he said it couldn't be done, and refusing to end the call when tech support said it should resolve itself overnight, but call us in the morning if it doesn't. All this for a non-paying customer. Sad I can only give Prince 5 stars! View on Google
