    Douglas Williams, the store manager, provided exceptional customer service at our visit today. I came in with my mom who is an older Metro PCS customer looking to purchase a phone. Doug took the time to see if she was eligible for any discounts and to our surprise, she was! He then patiently explained and walked her through the steps to get everything set up which is a skill in itself. She walked away with a smile plus couple of bucks left in her pocketbook! I didn't get an opportunity to meet any of the other team members but with Doug as their leader, I'm sure they are great representations of the Metro PCS family. View on Google

    Today I had a serious problem, my phone was lost and my previous carrier was not cooperating with me on transferring my number. Douglas was very nice and calming. He gave me patient professional service. Also had a great sense of humor. Excellent experience! View on Google
