About three weeks ago, I purchased a new phone from the Metro by T-Mobile location at 366 Riverside Parkway, where I was assisted by Ashley. She was amazing, bubbly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was so impressed that I told her I would return to that specific location from now on because of the wonderful experience she provided. Today, I kept that promise and returned to add a phone line for my 13-year-old son. This time, Ashley assisted me alongside Oscar, and once again, the service was outstanding! They continued to impress me with their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and ability to get everything done quickly and efficiently. I’m truly grateful to have Ashley and Oscar serving customers at this store and in our community. I highly recommend visiting this Metro by T-Mobile location and asking for either of them.
