I had gotten a replacement phone shipped to me ( due to my original phone hit the pavement HARD). After a very frustrating 35-40 minutes of unsuccessfully not getting my new phone switched over nor activated on my own (I'm old and not a tech whiz) , I tapped and went to my neighborhood Metro store for Help. I was blessed with the greatest luck when I walked in. The store manager Yanet Flores was my saint and angel today. She was so fantastic and gracious with time and efforts. She was QUICK too. She really was kind and went the extra mile to get my phone issues all straightened out and up and going smoothly. I couldn't have done it by myself, obviously. I even walked out with a new tablet. If anyone is needing a new phone, service, anything I highly recommend that they go see Yanet at the Norwood Park location.
