    I used to go to the store on Euclid Avenue but was treated poorly so I went to this one. When I walked in I was greeted so nicely by Kali I was instantly impressed. She helped me solve the problem I was having so quickly then let me know about current store discounts and offers. She is the best! View on Google

    Talk about customer service! This location, employees and the owner have went above and beyond to assist me when my phone unexpectedly stop working. I can thank them enough. I recommend anyone looking for cell service to give them try. Won't disappoint. View on Google

    I came into Metro the other day looking for home internet, and Mick waited on me. Not only did he give me an amazing deal on internet, but he also told me I was eligible for this incredible Migration program offered by T-Mobile and Metro. I was able to leave the store with $1130 in devices for only $89! I wouldn’t have known about that if it weren’t for Mick. He’s also very nice and helpful. I’m from the 1900s, so I’m not very tech savvy, but Mick was able to explain things to me in a way I understand. Mick is just the best. Stop in and see him, and ask about the Migration program. I scored a new iPhone 16 and an Apple Watch, for free! No strings! View on Google
