    Brought my daughter in to get a new phone. Kirkwood was working. He showed us a handful of phones in the price range we were looking for. My daughter, Miss indecisive, couldn’t or wouldn’t decide on a phone. He was extremely patient while I got her to choose a phone.     Great customer service, Kali and I’m pretty sure his name was kirk are great employees, very kind, very knowledgeable and very helpful! They helped set my phone up, and got my grandmas new phone all set up and ready for her to use without any problems! Kali also helped me transfer my voicemails from my deceased grandpa over to my new phone:)! If you’re looking for friendly/great customer service, I highly recommend this store! View on Google
