    I visited the Orchard St Metropcs last week after I was asked to leave the one on Milwaukee. Yes. Paying customer asked to leave. What a plesant surprise to be greeted by Abdi with a huge smile and he immediately took charge to help me with my issue. He went the extra mile for me to get help with my phone and was so very gracious to me. I almost cried. My regular metro store closed and I had to travel to get help. I will never go the the Milwaukee store again. That man should be fired. But all that said..Abdi and the store manager, whose name I can not remember!, were perfect hosts and helpers. So appreicated being so well taken care of. It is a rare thing now days to recieve customer service with a caring smile and a caring heart. Thank you Orchard Store!!!!!! View on Google
