    I cannot recommend this store enough, specifically Hassan! I had been holding onto my old phone for 10 years because I was terrified of losing my photos and information. Hassan was patient, professional, and promised me he could handle the transfer. I took a leap of faith, bought a new phone, and he actually did it! Everything moved over perfectly.     I’m a T-Mobile customer and recently had some issues with my phone, so I visited the Metro store where Hassan works.bcz its close to my house. I’m really glad I did. Hassan was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my problem and fixed it quickly without making me feel rushed or confused. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Hassan definitely does.
