    I had a great experience with Mohammed today. I came in superflustered because I lost my telephone. He was super kind and patient with me. He didn't just provide me with a new phone and personally set it up which took a lot of stress away. I'm very grateful to use my new phone. View on Google

    I came today because on the metro pcs website my updating of sim to eSIM was requesting me to upgrade my plan. I didn’t want to because I like my plan, I don’t want to pay more. Mohammed was there and he was very patient. He explained to me the process and after a bit going back and forth, we were able to do it. I had to pay the upgrade fee or something like that. Either way I’m grateful with Mohammed for helping migrate my sim without having to change my plan. View on Google
